What truly stood out was the prompt response to my concerns; when I mentioned a faulty lamp, it was swiftly replaced, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. The convenience offered was unparalleled; I arrived late, around 10pm, yet a simple phone call ahead allowed me easy access with clear instructions provided by the owner. The attention to detail, such as changing the sheets daily and ensuring ample hot water and heating, debunked any negative reviews I had read prior. The location proved to be ideal, with easy access to local transport options like Bus No. 16 for quick trips to the town or airport.Although breakfast was not included, the ability to use basic kitchen amenities like the fridge for milk and cereal added a personal touch to my stay. If full kitchen access were provided, it would elevate the experience even further.
